--Products with quality issues can be returned to us for a full refund if we are notified within 3 days (from the date of receipt of the product). Or we can also replace it with an intact one for free, according to your request.

--Customers are required to send the product back to us and when we receive the product, we will provide you with a full refund within the next 72 hours. Or send you a new replacement product and pay all necessary shipping charges.

Partial Refunds
--YIPIN TEA cannot issue a full refund if the following quality issues occur:
"The product does not match the picture.
"The product does not match what I expected."
"I am not satisfied with the product".
"The product did not arrive in time

--We will deduct a handling fee based on the total amount of your order and provide you with a partial refund.
